PHOTO MONTAGE - HOW TO ORDER . . .
Our goal is to make this process as simple as possible. It is important to note that you can do as much or as little preparation as you want depending on the outcome you are looking for.
for example: for a wedding montage you would probably want the photos to show in a particular sequence to show the bride and groom "growing up" where as in the case of a holiday it may not matter in what order the pictures play. The choice is yours.
before we do our thing
you need to
1. choose
- choose the photographs you would like in your montage
- choose a favorite song(s) from your personal CD collection that you feel would go with the theme of your photos or simply a favorite tune. If you need help with making an appropriate song selection, we would be happy to offer suggestions.
2. sort
if you don't need your photos in any particular order or grouping, then you can simply send us the pictures or images files on CD

Numbered Order: if you require a specific order to your montage then it is important to take the time to sort the photos into the order you would like them to be shown. Then number each one in sequence.
In Groups you may not need them all in a certain order but would like to have them in groups:

remember to:
- include all photos
and instructions regarding your slideshow, ie: wording for titles, number of DVD copies you require and any special instructions you may have. If you are sending photographs that need to be scanned, please make sure you have duplicates or negatives in case of loss during shipping.
- include any music that you would like to incorporate in your montage. (all music must be on original CD's only and will be returned to you with your photos and finished DVD).You will need to note the song name and track number for each song you would like used. If you sould like a particular song with a particular group or sequence of pictures - you will need to include this information in your notes. For photos you can note this information on the envelopes separating the different group. For images on CD you will need to make note on a separate paper or name your images folders with the song name.
- include the wording you would like to use for your opening and closing titles. (Each 10 words are considered one title when calculating package price or contact us for a quote on the message you would like to include).
If you would like a title before each group, mark on the envelope separating the differnent groups.
- include your contact information so that we can easily reach you with any questions we may have in regards to your order (name, phone number, mailing address, email address (if applicable).
You will need to include 1/2 of the package total with your order with the balance due when you approve of the proof you receive (see below for details). To obtain a package total, we recommend you email us at info@linebylinevideoworks.com prior to placing your order with your questions and details of your order so that we can give you a quote and an estimated time of delivery of your completed project.
